Data Retention Policy

PyroGraphics will retain Client data (design files, logos, graphics, photography and video) for a period of two years except in cases where PyroGraphics acts solely as a pass-through of the data from a customer to a vendor and data is of such a significant size where it would be unreasonable to store it safely. In such cases data will not be retained unless mutually agreed upon compensation is arranged. After a period of two years, any data may be archived on external media or removed if Client or project is deemed inactive.
